Many of our clients are concerned with the idea of going to Court and having to answer difficult questions from a judge. The vast majority of my clients do not have to go through such an experience. In fact, most clients will never even meet the Judge!
That said, every one of my clients will have to attend an informal meeting with a Bankruptcy Trustee outside of Court. The whole process generally takes about half an hour – 27 minutes to wait your turn, then 3 minutes to answer a few basic questions about your personal information and financial situation.
A Bankruptcy filing does not have to be a stressful experience in order to be effective.
Please contact a competent, knowledgeable Bankruptcy attorney in order to determine whether bankruptcy relief is right for you.
